This Devon Cliffs caravan is the ultimate in luxury, a Brentmere Plaza 40x12ft with a new veranda . It is positioned in the sought after Willows development and has uninterrupted views of Sandy Bay, there is a patio table and chairs for your use.
The caravan sleeps 4 and has two bedrooms with central heating throughout and double glazed.
The lounge area has a gas fire, colour TV, freeview, Video player and CD player. This leads on to the kitchen although there are doors to separate the two rooms, with cooker, fridge, freezer and full set of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
The master bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobes, ample drawer space, hairdryer and a dressing table area and a second TV with en-suite that has a shower and toilet with hand basin.
There is a twin room which converts to a double bed, double wardrobe and a small dressing table area.
Pillows and duvets are provided but you do need to bring your own duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets. Bed linen can be hired from us
There is a separate bath room with bath, washbasin, toilet and panelled towel heater.
It has an allocated parking space next to the caravan.
